Collaaj EDU accounts have three different roles; Full Admin, Course Admin, and Full User.
Full Admin - Best suited for LMS System Administrators and Online Learning Managers.
Course Management - Create and delete courses.
Content Management - Create, delete, and manage placement of content in courses.
User Management - Add, remove, and adjust user roles.
Platform Settings - Welcome message, custom branding, domain restrictions, recording length, LMS integrations, social sharing...etc.
Course Admin - Best suited for Professors, Teachers, Faculty Managers, and Assistants.
Content Management - Record and upload content to specific courses.
User Management - Add, remove, adjust users roles in specific courses.
Course Management - Change name, description, and image for specific courses.
Sharing - Create and email links to specific courses.
Full User - Best suited for Students and Faculty who only need to view and create content.
Content Management - May view, record, and upload content for specific courses.
Note that when integrating Collaaj with your LMS Platform (Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle) that user roles are determined by your LMS permission settings.
