Are you trying to play your video and you are receiving the following error?
1. Please make sure your video URL is correct. You either added something to the video URL or deleted part of the video URL. Sometimes our human hand can add a period (aka full stop) or accidentally delete part of a URL, especially if we are sharing this URL in an email or posting it on the web with a simple copy paste format. Take a moment to review that the URL you have shared is correct.
Here are a few ways to pull up your video URL.
a. Select Video URL from the client application.
By selecting the "Library" Tab on your client application and choosing a video, select the "share video" icon to display the URL link in image 2.

b. Select video URL directly from a video
You can find a URL link by going into the video itself and selecting the share link. You will need to be logged into Collaaj in order to see this feature in the video.
c. Selecting the video URL from the Collaaj User Interface (UI) or your LMS "My Recordings" page.
This is another way to grab and share a video URL.
